I’m not gonna pretend that I know how can we be more productive and I’m not doing that simply because everybody is different and I’m still testing these methods myself.
So, here are a few things I’ve started to implement into my days so that I can be productive and not just busy.
Totally mixed feelings about this island. We had to wait a bit to sink. Surprisingly, we didn’t praise this part much, well, not accidentally. I tried not to have expectations, but if you have watched the movie Eat, pray, love, or ever saw a photo on Instagram about this place, it’s hard not to expect something like that. The truth is it’s a beautiful, lush green island, where you can peacefully ride a bike on the road just like Julia Roberts, smiling with your liver…. or not…
We love movies! They take you to another world, they are short getaways from daily lives. They can be hope, they can be inspiration. They are life hacks. Every time you don’t want anything else but switching off by watching a movie, an inspirational one can put you back on track while you’re relaxing. Here 30 most inspirational movies we love. Only the favourites. Only in this category.
I think this question bothers a bunch of us. How not to give a fuck but still be the best version of ourselves?
I figured that I have to have self-awareness. I have to know myself deeply. And I don’t. I started a journey leaving a comfy life in London behind to find myself happiness and true meaning. In the past months I got a little bit lost. That’s where my bucket list came in: I wanted to meditate with monks and learn about myself through buddhism.
We’d like to share 5 things we learned from freediving to live a more mindful life. Why is that? Today self-awareness and mindfulness are being more and more popular. It’s that you take full responsibility for your life and being conscious about it. For us a Level 1 Freediving course gave a lot more than being able to duckdive, to hold our breath longer and being able to swim down 10-15 meters.
Probably Thai is not for everyone, but definitely for us. We just love it! Especially in Northern Thailand, everything is creamier and Khao Soi (curried noodle soup) is just… Wow!
The best part: we eat these every single day, sometimes twice. You know, here nobody cooks really.
Here are some of our favorites, all for around £1-£3, depenging on the restaurant.
